Club Mixed Doubles Summer League

You must be registered to participate- deadline to join the league is June 20^th. Email marayfield@carolina.rr.com to register.

Play begins Friday, May 28^th. If new pairs register, an updated roster will be forwarded to all players. Matches must be completed and reported by August 16^th. The tournament (optional) is scheduled the weekend before CMS starts back in the Fall, August 21-22. You must accumulate a minimum number of points (12) to qualify for the tournament.

Schedule is flexible- challenge and schedule your own matches. Each team should provide a new can of balls, winner keeps the unopened can.

Matches will be 2 sets with a 10-point tie breaker in the case of split sets (like our QC Mixed league).

Score should be emailed to marayfield@carolina.rr.com after the match.

Points will be awarded to both teams as follows: 1 point if you lost both sets, 2 points if you took 1 set but lost the match, 4 points if you won the match.

You can play any team as many times as you like, but points are only awarded for your first match with that opponent. Please report scores promptly after the match. Weekly totals will be distributed to the league.

The tournament will likely have 2 or 3 separate flights depending on league results. If you are not available to participate, you are still encouraged to play in our league over the summer.
